Ultimate Backyard Tent Wedding

Build it and they will come. Also invite them and they will come; at least that’s the case for a wedding. This wedding however was a bit of both.  Après Party and Tent Rental pride themselves on the ability to transform a space, even when that space is a green hill. Yes a hill! How does one hold a wedding ceremony and reception on a hill you ask? Then continue to read we will lay it all out for you!

The first step to make this wedding happen for the awesome couple was driving the 3 hours with all the equipment to the land that would hold the celebration.  Katiee Wandmacher and the crew headed out for a two week set up. In that time they would be; building a level floor that was up to 20ft off the ground, erect a 66’x132’ tent and a 20’x40’ catering tent, lay stained plywood flooring, add lighting, a stage, bathrooms, HVAC and power. After the space was built it was time for the fun part, decorating! Elizabeth, Melissa and their team from Avant Décor draped the tent, Bittersweet Flowers installed a floral chandelier and took care of all floral needs. Big thanks to Sarah Trotter with Lasting Impressions for pulling such a great crew together! Teamwork makes the dreamwork has never been more true!!

Well worth the wait right!?! The florals by Bittersweet are so stunning and eye catching!! I know you are looking at the floral chandelier!!

For the reception they used Apres' Vineyard Crossback Chairs set at our Farm Tables. Guest tables were covered in Oyster Shantung Linens with a Light Beige Suede Napkin. The place settings were made up of our Bronze Starbrust Chargers, Prestige China, Brushed Gold Flatware, and Diva Glassware.

The couple even had a custom logo! The logo made appearances on the custom band backdrop, the end of the head table's table runner, and the entry into the tent (all three are posted in this blog for you to find).

Now we will leave you with these gorgeous photos from Olive Juice Studios.
